Quedar y quedarse
Quedar carries at least six everyday meanings, and learners usually know one of them. Sorting them out unlocks a large amount of natural speech, because Spanish reaches for this verb where English would use five different ones.
Without se

¿Dónde queda? is the standard way to ask where something is across Latin America, more common than ¿dónde está? for places. And ya sabes dónde queda tu casa is the invitation to come back.

Quedarse con algo means to keep it. Useful and not obvious.
