Something that may not exist

When you describe something you have not found yet, or something that does not exist, the description takes the subjunctive. Choose the right form.

1. Necesito una mochila que (ser) muy resistente.

2. Tengo una mochila que (ser) muy resistente.

3. Busco a alguien que (hablar) quechua.

4. Conozco a alguien que (hablar) quechua.

5. No hay nadie aquí que (poder) arreglar esto.

6. Quiero un trabajo que me (dejar) tiempo para mi familia.

7. Tengo un trabajo que me (dejar) tiempo para mi familia.

8. Estamos buscando un departamento que (quedar) cerca del colegio.

9. No conozco ningún restaurante que (estar) abierto a esta hora.

10. ¿Hay alguien aquí que (saber) conducir?
